A lovely café open daily from 8:00am to 17:00pm. This coffee shop offers a minimalist vibe alongside tasty pastries and even better coffee. If you are a fan of americanos, you are spoilt for choice from honey, coconut or the classic original. Weekday is a digital nomad’s favourite for many reasons. The most important one? It has the fastest WiFi we have been able to find in Chiang Mai. With a download speed of 625mbps and an upload speed of 489mbps. 2. Pangkhon
Located at 7 Chang Lor Road, Sripoom (50100), Pangkhon café is also half a mile away from the famous Wat Chedi Luang Varadihara. While it is one of our favourites, it is also appreciated by other customers. With a download speed of 250mbps and upload speed of 195mbps, it’s not only one of the best WiFi cafes to visit in Chiang mai, but it is also a great spot to get some work done efficiently. It took us around 1 minute to send a 1.7GB WeTransfer file!
3. Bloomin’ Moon (My favourite!)
This one is not only a cafe – it’s a hostel too! Bloomin’ Moon hostel cafe is known for its great-tasting coffee as well as its comfortable ambiance. The decor is endearing and the prices are cheap with honey milk tea, a favourite of course, costing around 50 Bhat ($1.50). Although the download speed is slower than other cafes (129mbps), it is still one of the best WiFi cafes to visit in Chiang Mai.
4. BaseCamp
As digital nomads, we like to visit the places we stay in. Of course, what’s the point of travelling all around the world only to stay in one specific area of the country or city we are visiting? For this, BaseCamp café is an excellent place to visit if you are looking for different kinds of experiences. The team is not only passionate about coffee – they are also interested in local trail running and have set up a cafe that’s right in the middle of nature, that gives you a quiet break from the big city. The download speed is 220mbps with an upload speed of 186mbps, making it a solid choice to get some work done before you head over to the mountain.
5. Blockchain Cafe
