Where Can I Rent an Island Resort in the Philippines?

In regards to renting an island resort in The Philippines, you have a few alternative islands to pick from in Palawan, however Floral Island Resort really won our heart. There are primarily 2 ways you can get to Floral Island Resort:

Journey 1.

Fly into Puerto Princesa, Palawan and endure a 5 hour zig-zag shared van ride up north to Canique Taytay Palawan port. The cost is roughly around PHP 600 (Approx $12) per person. From there, the island owners will arrange a 15-minute speedboat ride to the island.

Journey 2.

A bit most costly, however you can fly directly into El Nido, Palawan with AirSwift from Manila. Once you land in El Nido, Palawan - the resort can arrange a private transfer to pick you up and drop you off at Canique Taytay Palawan port. The journey roughly takes 1 hour 15 minutes and costs PHP 3500 (approx $70) per van.
